Surviving Against All Odds

Karen Kieltyka is the face of courage and resilience, a person who lives with a strong will to keep going. She was the 5th child of her parents. Surrounded by six sisters and a brother, her life was never easy. Kieltyka was born with mild CP and struggled to breathe for 35 mins until she returned to life.

But Karen’s life hadn’t stopped being an ultimate challenge. A test that she passed with flying colors. She is a Dystonia survivor, but her hardships didn’t stop her from living life to its fullest. She’s a woman who has learned the art of leading her life despite limitations.

With her book Climbing and Falling, she aims to instill a subtle wave of confidence in her readers about how we can live our lives beyond hardships.

“I have lived a life where I had to push myself and defeat the feeling of helplessness. My plan with this book is to tell people that falling is a part of life; what matters is how you carry yourself to the top”.

Love,

Karen
